The President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, H.E. Mr. Félix Antoine Tshisekedi, inaugurated the Genocost Memorial on Saturday, August 2, 2025, in Kinshasa. The event was also commemorated at the Embassy of the DRC in Paris by the Congolese diaspora, at the invitation of Ambassador Émile Ngoy Kasongo.
